Refund policy

As a general rule we do not issue returns, exchanges, or refunds for health and safety reasons, as many of our products come in minimal packaging or no packaging at all. We may issue refunds or exchanges at our discretion on a case-by-case basis, and/or in situations where online orders arrive damaged, or items are defective in some way. 

Please be kind and understand that returns can also cause undue financial burden on micro businesses, and we do our best to answer questions and ensure you are happy with your purchase before checking out. Sustainable products are often new and innovative so we do our best to research all aspects of their use, reviews, and quality, but it would be impossible to personally test every single item in every way.

If you receive an online order that has been damaged during shipping, please photograph the exterior box as well as the damaged item itself and email us at info@vintagegreenreview.com so we may review and proceed with a refund if approved.
