Thank you for visiting and shopping at VintageGreenReview.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: all orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, though if we're able to ship on a Saturday we will try! Please remember that we don't have control over any delays caused by the post office once your order is in their hands. We fulfill on time, but once they're in possession of the package, it's up to them to meet the expected delivery window.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates are "real time" and take into account the weight of the products you ordered and the distance the parcel will travel. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
VintageGreenReview.com ships to addresses within the continental U.S..
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
VintageGreenReview.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damaged Goods and Product Returns
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@vintagegreenreview.com with photos of both the exterior packaging, damaged items, and a description of the damage and we will review for a refund at our discretion. Vintagegreenreview.com is not liable for any packages lost in transit.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
