A generously sized cotton hand towel featuring a thick, absorbent weave and a colorful checkerboard pattern. Known in Germany as a "pit towel," these durable towels were traditionally used by miners to wrap and carry their lunches underground. Equally at home in the kitchen or bath, their generous size and excellent absorbency make them a versatile everyday essential.
